Women’s Wellness Weekends are organized and run at resorts around the country. Programs are both educational and experiential, including sessions with experienced advisors and health professionals who offer practical tools for living a balanced life with integrity and purpose. A rich menu of diverse breakout sessions and workshops covers a wide variety of topics related to women’s health, including osteoporosis, weight training, joint and bone health, mental health and stress, with other subjects available based on guests’ interests and needs. Programs are combined with pampering, making use of each spa’s expertise and signature treatments, while also including regional specialties such as wine tasting and culinary expressions in relaxing resort settings.
