FIRST YEAR GIVING IMPACT UNVEILED BY SEA PINES RESORT COMMUNITY FUND
Over $90,000 Contributed to Lowcountry Organizations in Inaugural Year
HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. (Jan. 27, 2025) – In 2024, through the generosity of The Sea Pines Resort, its ownership, guests, property owners, and employees, over $150,000 was raised and $90,000+ in grants and donations were awarded by The Sea Pines Resort Community Fund to 20 local and regional organizations.
The Boys & Girls Club of Bluffton received a donation to cover program fees to ensure more children could participate in programs and activities. Meanwhile, the Boys & Girls Club of Hilton Head was granted money to provide expert instruction for the “Creative Movement” program that inspires and engages youth in active pursuits.
The Neighborhood Outreach Connection received a donation for the “Fighting Poverty Through Education” program. Volunteers in Medicine was the recipient of a significant donation that will support the organization’s mission of providing essential healthcare services to underserved individuals in the local community.

- Yaya Foundation for 4H Leukodystrophy

Birdwell aims to increase contributions and expand the reach of the Community Fund in 2025, including the debut of an inaugural golf tournament on Sunday, March 2. The Sea Pines Resort Community Fund Golf Tournament will take place on the prestigious Atlantic Dunes by Davis Love III.
