Leesburg, VA, (Jan. 23, 2025) – Baby, it’s cold outside, but look no further for some warmth than at Loudoun County’s Lansdowne Resort, which has packaged romance and pampering into cozy winter getaways.  With this season’s chills and uneven temperatures, the Resort has created two, value-laden packages that are ideal for a couple’s escape. 

Celebrate Romance

Treat yourself and your significant other to luxury accommodations and bountiful amenities. The Celebrate Romance package includes:

• Overnight accommodations for two
• $100 dining credit per stay
• $50 daily breakfast credit
• Champagne & Chocolate Strawberries amenity per stay
• S’mores Kit

For the Love of Spa

For couples who want to immerse in the on-site Spa Minérale and experience fine dining, the For the Love of Spa package includes accommodations, $100 dining credit per stay, $50 daily breakfast credit, champagne and chocolate strawberries amenity, as well as a $200 spa credit per stay and a round of drinks for two at Coton & Rye.

Resort fee, room tax, and spa gratuity are not included in either package. Spa treatment times are not guaranteed until booked by reservations. Valet parking is available for a fee.

A special new addition this season—also prime for romance—is the Igloo Experience.  Guests may “cozy up” and enjoy the intimacy of their very own igloo, located on the terrace overlooking the resort’s spacious grounds. This 90-minute experience includes a private igloo with a loveseat, end tables with lamps, two chairs, an electric heater, Bluetooth speaker, area rug, and a Lansdowne-branded blanket.  Besides the private environment, a special “sharables” menu is offered, including cheese fondue, goat cheese fritters, and a charcuterie board.  Specialty cocktails, wines, and a batch of hot chocolate may also be ordered.
