ARCIS GOLF HONORED IN AVIDGOLFER’S DALLAS-FORT WORTH 2020 “BEST” LISTS

DALLAS, TEXAS (Nov. 12, 2020) – Arcis Golf’s portfolio of 9 public courses in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area has been recognized for excellence by AVIDGOLFER Magazine in its annual “Best of Public Golf” edition. The accolades came both regionally and in numerous specialty categories.

Cowboys Golf Club, the first and only NFL-themed golf club in the world, retained its position as the Best Overall Golf Club in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. Cowboys Golf Club, wrote the editors, “continues to stay at the forefront of overall great conditions, great amenities and keeping its players coming back time and time again.” They added, “The course always lives up to expectations with a great collection of scorable holes and some holes that will challenge every aspect of your game.”

Acknowledging the quality of other amenities important to Arcis Golf, the editors noted, “the food and beverage programs are second to none, and the clubhouse will blow you away with a stupendous bar area and Cowboys memorabilia that will have the football fan taking notice.”

Other Arcis Golf courses ranked among the top on Dallas-Fort Worth’s west side were The Golf Club Fossil Creek (#11) and Bear Creek Golf Club (#12). Bear Creek Golf Club’s second course—the East Course—and Mansfield National Golf Club were cited for honorable mention.  On the east side, Lake Park Golf Club, Plantation Golf Club, and The Golf Club at Twin Creeks received honorable mentions.

In the specialty categories, nine Arcis Golf properties earned top honors in a variety of categories:
